- Ensure all changes and documentation from hire to retire are processed according to the policy of the company
- Administer and monitor employment changes
- Answering to inquiries, updating system, managing documentation
- Providing HR support for Managers and Team Leaders
- Bachelor’s degree and min. 2 years of relevant HR experience
- Fluent German and English language
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Attention to detail, analytical and problem solving ability
