Our Client is a pioneering Company specialized in providing customer relationship management excellence within a face-to-face environment. Due to business growth across Poland they are currently looking for a person for the role of Center HR and Administrative Assistant


Responsibilities:
HR:
•Work with Center Manager and Operation Manager in recruitment process including CV searching, CV screening, interview and assistance to line decision
•Optimizing recruitment channels, liaise with local universities to develop cooperation relationship
•Handle employees’ on boarding process and exit process properly
•Giving HR on-boarding training to new comers
•Be responsible for inputting employee information in our HR system and for employee documents filing
•Record attendance, prepare monthly attendance summary report
•Assist to Center Manager to manage performance
•Assist Center Manager to organize employee activities
•Communicate and explain HR policies to local staff
•Ensure HR practice is compliance with ISO requirements

Admin:
•Receives visitors in a proper manner
•Takes the responsibilities of phone calls and mail receiving/delivery of office
•Conducts general office administration tasks and purchase
•Supports meeting logistic: room, facilities, drinks and meals
•Safe-keeps stationeries, all kinds of office equipment and facilities in proper stock
•Facilitates smooth working of International team in office conditions about sourcing, logistic, administration, etc.
•Handles travel logistic: visa, tickets, preparation of travel expense reports, detailed itineraries, hotel arrangements, local transportation.
•Co-ordinates necessary communications with internal and external vendors and suppliers and prepare vendor invoice and travel expenditure
•Other special emergency supports if needed, such as kinds of materials preparation, typing, copying, faxing, etc.
•Responsible for office security issue

Requirements:
•Bachelor degree or plus, majored in Human Resource management or related field
•2 years related experience
•Familiar with local Labor Law
•Excellent command in English
•Expertise in recruiting, training and development, labor relations, performance management and compensation
•Good at MS Office software
•Well organized
•Reliable and able to work on confidential project
