Vewd focuses on technology for Smart TVs, STBs and Blu-ray players for more than 15 years. We work with customers like Sony, Samsung, Arris and Vestel and with some of the biggest content partners in the world, helping them deploy their services on our platform.

Now we’re looking for IT Recruitment Partner to join our HR Team in Warsaw or Wroclaw, Poland.

IF YOU LIKE:

* Building and developing great relations with Candidates
* Attracting new talents
* Checking and exploring new ways of sourcing, experimenting and meeting targets at the end of the day
* Monitoring job market trends, identifying threats and opportunities
* Being open for continuous improvement and constant feedback about recruitment processes
* Engagement in external EB and being an ambassador of the company

AND YOU HAVE:

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Knowledge of modern sourcing techniques and tools
* Solid knowledge of IT technologies and IT job markets
* ‘Can do’ approach,consistency in action, ability to work independently and being proactive
* Analytical skills and problem-solving approach
* Ability to find the best solution in VUCA reality
* Fluent English, both written and spoken.
