Requirements:

At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
Practical knowledge of polish labor law and social security regulations
Good Knowledge of the English language (B1)
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail as well as strong communication skills
Experience in an ITcompany is a plus
Effective communication skills
Independence in action, initiative in proposing solutions
Ability to deal with ambiguity and achieve results in a fast-paced, heavily-distributed team environment

Responsibilities:

Implementation of activities related to the handling of employee matters and the collection and proper transfer of employee documents, taking care of updating personal data
Support for processes related to employment and termination of employment contracts
Service of employment and civil law contracts, keeping records of working time
Handling non-wage employee benefits (accident insurance, medical care, group insurance, sports cards, etc.)
Preparation of data for payroll and their verification
Support for activities in the field of the Company Social Benefits Fund (ZFŚS)
Preparation of HR documents related to the course of employment
Analyze and report on various data connected to HR processes

Nice to Have:

Degree in Human Resources or a related field is a plus

English Level:
Intermediate/Upper-Intermediate
