HR Intern  (HID)


HID Global is growing in Krakow (Zabierzów), and we are currently looking for an HR intern - student for paid 14-week internship to support our HR team in our day to day operations in wide range of HR fields such as recruitment, HR administration, trainings etc. 

During the internship you will have a chance to learn how recruitment process looks like in a dynamic international company and you get to know the fascinating, yet challenging word of IT recruitment. You will be working closely with HR Generalist in Krakow and be assisting with various internal HR processes, both on local and global level of the organization. 

In HID Global you will get a chance to get diversified HR experience - while the major part of your responsibilities will focus on recruitment, you will also assist with trainings organization, HR administration, reporting and get to know various aspects of Polish labour law. 

If you have interest and passion for recruitment and want to develop in the HR field, you like to take initiative, are well-organized, motivated and eager to learn - you are the person we are looking for! 

 

Requirements 

  • Active student status 
  • Availability to work minimum 20h per week, for at least 14 weeks 
  • Very good English, both written and spoken - because you'll be working in a multinational environment 

 

Desired Skills & Experience 

  • Willingness to learn and develop in the HR field 
  • Team-player with good communication skills 
  • Good organizational and time management skills 
  • Proactive and problem-solving attitude 
  • Attention to detail 
  • Any prior experience (internships, student organizations etc.) in recruitment / HR will be a plus 
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel and Outlook) will be a plus 

 

Responsibilities 

  • Creating, maintaining and updating job postings 
  • Conducting initial phone screens with candidates 
  • Scheduling interviews (also in coordination with recruitment agencies) 
  • Preparing and sending feedback to candidates after the interview 
  • Supporting with organizing trainings - e.g. preparing participants lists, booking meeting rooms and sending out invitations, managing training records 
  • Assisting with various administrative tasks related to HR documents management 
  • Preparing selected HR reports 
  • Additional ad-hoc tasks as required
