Every workplace seeks the best employees as Branch Manager, you would be watching over a recruitment team to make sure every employer gets the right staff. To help bring in new clients, sales and marketing would also play a large part in your role.
As a Branch Manager you will be responsible for the day-to day motivation, tracking, hiring, training, mentoring, coaching and management of a team of Consultants.
Typically, the team covers a specific market sector within a vertical market specialization that the Branch Manager will normally have specific experience in and will have grown the team around this area. The Branch Manager will therefore be expected to be a valuable source of information, a role model and someone who can build a profitable business through the management of his/her team.

You will do this by taking regular sales meetings and you will be expected to advise your Consultants on industry, recruitment methodology, sales and in-house company related issues through either team meetings or one on one discussion.
It is imperative to keep your team focus and ensure that the team motivation is maintained, best practices shared and constructive feedback provided in line with the individual and team targets.
