Job description:
The main purpose of the role of the Team Leader is to work closely with the rest of the Administration team to ensure an efficient and flexible support service is provided to the Client Services team where required. The Team Leader is the main point of contact for Administrators dealing with all queries relating to the administration function, taking responsibility for the resolution of those queries to a satisfactory conclusion and dealing with escalation of issues. Main Responsibilities:
Manage a team of Administrators and Specialists to achieve all required SLAs,
Responsible for team objective settings, performance management, development and succession planning
Ensuring full compliance throughout the process is followed by the team
Being an operational lead on designated accounts and being a point of escalation for internal and external customers
Ensuring that delivered services meet targets against Client and Internal SLAs
Liaising with all levels of clients management structure to develop and maintain business plans, support plans and organizational structures
Interfacing HR community, Line Management and AMS Management, liaising with the Internal Resourcing Team to recruit new team members
Facilitating communication channels between Management and the Team
Developing and maintaining management reports for both client and AMS
