Opis stanowiska:
Managing incoming interview scheduling and re-scheduling requests
Managing the administrative aspects of assessment days for the client, including scheduling candidates and assessors, production of all selection paperwork, meeting candidates, and overseeing activities on the day
Owning the Interview Scheduling chapter of the Operations Manual and proactively recommending improvements in processes and procedures
Updating the Candidate Tracking Databases
Proactively managing the processes linked to interview scheduling and candidate assessment by liaising directly with the client, candidate and third party suppliers
Supporting the rest of the team on an ongoing basis and to help achieve targets and goals
Wymagania:
* Office experience in an administration, support or customer services role * Very good English and Hungarian skills * Strong working knowledge of all Microsoft Office packages * Previous experience of working within a recruitment environment would be an advantage * High levels of motivation and client focus, identifying opportunities for improvement and sharing ideas with the rest of the teamFor a deeper look at the role please send your CV in English to: Recruitment@alexmann.com
