HR Manager
For our Client, international retail / fashion company we are currently searching for suitable candidates for the position of:
HR Manager CEE

The Human Resources Manager is responsible for providing HR service function within the CEE region and acts as HR business partner for the Managing Director as well as for all management functions in CEE region. HR Manager supports all managers/employees in HR related questions, participates in the development of international HR Projects, models, guidelines & tools.
Responsibilities:
- Overall responsibility for HR administration and payroll
- Ensure quality of service & monitor outsourcing partner for payroll
- Support MD in budgeting & forecasting all personnel related costs
- Advise / support line managers in recruiting new team members
- Control induction and training processes
- Plan and monitor training budget
- Ensure compliance with compensation & benefits guidelines within the CEE region
- Implement corporate incentive programmes
- Conduct HR audits in the CEE countries
- Check, analyse and improve monthly HR reporting and statistics
- Ensure & improve ongoing internal communication
Requirements:
- 7 years of HR Management experience with working knowledge in all HR areas in retail business (Recruiting, Compensation/Benefits, Employee Relations, Administration & Payroll, Labour Law, People Development & Training)
- Fluency in English
- Experience in a fast paced environment, ideally in commercial business
- Proven professional experience in matrix organisation
- Ability to cope with stress and a changing environment
- Excellent time management and organisational skills as well as communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Windows as well as HR IT tools
